I highly recommend Jim to inspect any residence you are considering purchasing. Jim showed up early to the job site. He was thorough and explained items of concern as he moved along through the process. Even the Seller of the property (who was in attendance during the inspection) learned things about his house from Jim, that he wasn't previously aware of. Additionally, I received the formal report the same day!!!! The report was helpful in that it categorized items in terms of level of importance to correct/fix. You will be in good shape if Jim inspects your property.
